Rock Solid
Rock Solid is a House Group for young people.
Currently there are about 15 youngsters meeting from 7.00 to 9.00 pm on Wednesday nights at the home of Andrew & Jo Heskin in Pinchbeck.
They split into two groups
-
11 to 14 year olds – led by Sue Pearson and Ben Clarke
-
15 to 18 year olds – led by Andrew & Jo Heskin
The aim is to provide fellowship and teaching for young Christians and an opportunity for non-Christian young people to explore our faith.
The two groups are very friendly and the usual format for the evening is a social time for the first half hour, followed by a discussion and study of the Bible, and finishing with a time of prayer.
"We have been running Rock Solid for a number of years now and have been amazed at how keen the young people are to meet week by week - it's a great chance for them to spend time with their friends, to ask all those 'awkward questions' and to be encouraged in their faith. We are very open to new members."
