About Us
Although the Baptist Church here in Spalding was founded in 1646, we aim to be a Church for Today!
Our Mission statement : "Presenting the unchanging Gospel of Jesus Christ in a relevant way to a changing world"
We recently modernised our facilities so that everyone can engage in worship in a comfortable, modern environment. We use up-to-date technology, but, importantly, believe that the message of God's love is timeless and everyone who attends our Church should, and will, be treated as an individual.
We are members of the East Midlands Baptist Association (http://www.embaptists.co.uk) and the Baptist Union of Great Britain (http://www.baptist.org.uk). We also support the work of Sripture Union (http://www.scriptureunion.org.uk/) and the B.M.S. World Mission (http://www.bmsworldmission.org/).
